You will cook them for the same amount of time. Make sure the pans are not touching if they fit on the same rack. If they don’t fit on the same rack, Switch their positions halfway though baking so that they bake evenly. If you have a convection oven ( you know, the kind with the fan inside that moves the air around) they will cook more evenly, but you should drop the temp. by 25 degrees. Good Luck
